This online workshop focuses on painting June blooms in Maine: peonies and lilacs!  We work with color, mark making, energy and exuberance. 
All mediums and levels are welcome.

This workshop meets Friday afternoon, 3-5 pm EST and Saturday, June 24th 1-3 pm EST.

One week before class, a  Zoom link for the workshop will be sent to you. You can enter the class 30 minutes early to set up your technology and Amy will stay after class for a bit so we can get to know each other better.   Each class is recorded and you have lifetime access.  Attend live or watch the class later.
 
Friday: 2 hours. Amy discusses the fullness and richness of the peony and moves through the block in and development of this ephemeral bloom.

Saturday: 2 hours. We will work on the seasonal lilac, and how to create a sense of mass without getting bogged down in the details of the multi-petaled lilac.
